Europa Members Give Holyrood Human Rights Evidence

Tobias Lock and Cormac Mac Amhlaigh provide evidence on Brexit and human rights to Scottish Parliament committee

Europa Institute Co-Director Dr Tobias Lock and Europa Institute Member Dr Cormac Mac Amhlaigh recently gave evidence to the Equalities and Human Rights Committee of the Scottish Parliament.

The evidence was part of a one-off scoping session by the Committee on the impact of withdrawal from the European Union on equalities and human rights in Scotland.

Dr Tobias Lock, Europa Institute Co-Director, is Senior Lecturer in European Union Law at the University of Edinburgh.

Dr Cormac Mac Amhlaigh, Europa Institute Member, is Senior Lecturer in Public Law at the University of Edinburgh.
